01. Which countries do you work with?
We cooperate with countries of the European Union (EU) and MERCOSUR — the economic union of South American nations.
Our platform helps establish trade connections between suppliers, manufacturers, and buyers from both regions, ensuring transparency, transaction security, and fast communication.
02. How is the commission calculated?
The platform’s commission ranges from 5% to 10% of the total deal amount — depending on product category, delivery terms, and shipment volume.
All details are calculated individually after submitting your offer or cooperation request.
03. Where should I send documents?
You can send your commercial offer, certificates, or other documents:
- via the online form on the website (by attaching files directly to your application);
- or by email to the administrator listed in the “Contacts” section.
After receiving the documents, our manager will contact you to clarify details.
04. Who handles delivery?
Delivery is arranged by agreement between the parties.
We can also organize transportation through our trusted logistics partners experienced in international freight in the EU and MERCOSUR.
Delivery conditions (Incoterms, deadlines, insurance, etc.) are specified in the contract.
