EU Rebuild Alliance
About the project
Mission and concept
EU Rebuild Alliance is an international supply and logistics platform that connects suppliers from the European Union and the MERCOSUR economic bloc (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia) with Ukrainian companies engaged in reconstruction.
The goal of the project is to create a transparent, reliable, and efficient ecosystem of cooperation between manufacturers, logistics operators, government institutions, and private investors involved in rebuilding Ukraine after the war.
We are not brokers or intermediaries in the classical sense — we build a bridge between markets that allows companies to work directly, but with legal and logistical support.

/ Problem solving
Why it matters
After the devastating events in Ukraine, the demand for construction materials, equipment, and energy systems has increased dramatically.
Many companies from the EU and MERCOSUR are ready to supply products but face challenges:
EU Rebuild Alliance solves these problems by creating a single entry point for international cooperation in reconstruction.
/ How we do it
How it works
1.
Suppliers (from the EU or MERCOSUR) submit their offers specifying products, terms, and volumes.
2.
Buyers (from Ukraine or the EU) send requests describing their needs.
3.
The platform administrator reviews the applications, matches the parties, and coordinates the cooperation process.
4.
After approval, the parties sign the documents (NCNDA, Agency Agreement, Commission Note).
5.
The transaction is carried out through partner logistics channels, and the intermediary receives a 5–10% commission.
6.
Thanks to this model, all participants receive transparent, legally protected, and efficiently coordinated agreements.

Role of the administrator
The project is managed and coordinated by the founder of EU Rebuild Alliance.
Responsibilities include:
- verification of applications and companies;
- coordination of contacts between parties;
- legal support (NCNDA, Agency Agreement, Commission Note);
- logistics coordination (through partners in Poland and the EU);
- communication in three languages (Ukrainian, English, Polish).
All applications go through the administrator, ensuring transparency, control, and trust at every stage.
